We pour our own foam, press our own recycled cores and cut every mattress to the inch, priced by the inch. The same factory supplies foam sheets, pillows, covers and bedding across Sri Lanka.

Standard Sri Lankan bed sizes or any size in inches. Start from one of our mattresses, then change the layers, the cover and the extras. The drawings are to scale and the price updates as you go.

Weights are estimates from foam density and volume. Layer rates are placeholders until final costs are set; the cover and extras are included in the price.

Recycled foam
Foam that gets a second life
The colourful core in our Ortho mattress and rebonded sheets is made from foam offcuts and clean imported PU scrap, coated in adhesive and pressed into a block far denser than the foam it came from. Two experiments to see how.

Cushions, sheets, pillows and journey mattresses come in packs of 4, 6, 10 and 12. Every pack price on this page shows the per-piece price beside it, so a shop can compare.

Raw materials by the drum
We import directly and run our own foaming and bonding lines. Other factories can buy from the same stock we use, with the documents your customs and costing teams need.

About Sanoma
A family business that makes its own foam
Sanoma (Private) Limited is a family-run Sri Lankan manufacturer of mattresses, foam and bedding.
Most mattress brands buy foam from someone else. We make ours. Polyol and TDI go into our batch foaming line, foam scrap goes into our bonding press, and the raw materials come in through Colombo port on our own import licences. That means we control the density of every layer and can cut any size without waiting on a supplier.
The company is led by Managing Director R. M. Nalaka Chaminda Rathnayaka. The head office is in Kottawa; the factory is in Horana.
