Inside our factory
Made under one roof in Horana
We make our own PU foam, turn foam scrap into rebonded foam, and sew and pack everything we sell.
PU foam
We make our own PU foam here in Horana, from soft to firm, and slice it into sheets for our mattresses, cushions and foam sheet orders.
Recycled foam
Clean PU foam scrap becomes rebonded foam: the firm, heavy foam inside our Ortho and 2-Year mattresses.
Sewing and packing
Covers are sewn on our own machines, and every mattress, pillow and cushion is packed at the factory.
